I've used the site a bit and compared to the quality of a well known american service.
Pros:

1. There are potentially a couple of genuine psychics
2. Call back service
3. Reviews are allowed and not moderated opportunity for honest feedback

Cons:

1. Date of birth / name used to allow access to previous readings to other readers
2. If you use a profile when you establish a call or chat they know it's you (validated by a number of readers) Don't be surprised when they say stuff you shared with another reader.
3. Leave a low rating and potentially the reader may block you to avoid other low ratings.
4. Some experienced readers drag out the call to keep you on the line.

In summary, I would not recommend The Circle to a friend.
